In compiling of the content of this website we have sought to ensure that all products are properly and fairly described and that prices quoted are correct at time of inclusion of the applicable product. Nevertheless we reserve the right not to accept any order where a material error has occurred in the description or price of any product appearing in the Website, or for any other reason at our discretion. All prices quoted include GST. We endeavour to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible but the colours you see are dependant on the characteristics of your monitor. Accordingly we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will provide an accurate representation of the actual colour of any product.
The display of goods, services or information on the Website should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy any product or services. Order Processing
Orders are placed and processed as follows:
The Website displays a series of simple instructions which guide you through the ordering process, ending with the "checkout" process.
We will then send you an order acknowledgement email identifying the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance by us.
Your order is considered placed once you have paid for your order on our website. You would receive a payment confirmation e-mail from our payment processing provider.
When your product is despatched to you we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us takes place only on the despatch to you of the Order. Payments made by you for your order would be considered as an acceptance of this policy.
Availability of Product and Delivery Times and Dates
Grehom make every effort to ensure that the availability indications appearing on the Website are up-to-date and accurate but we do not guarantee their correctness nor will we accept any liability for late delivery or non-availability of any product.
In addition we strive to fulfil orders you place as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, any stated delivery times and/or dates are approximate and we cannot guarantee to deliver within any specific time period.
Returns Policy
If you receive one of our products as a gift or if following your purchase of a product you decide you do not want it you may return it to us within three calendar days of delivery to the stated return address for a refund. Where the packaging has been opened but you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund provided you let us know you intend to return the item within three calendar days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address.
Any product which proves faulty within the manufacturer's guarantee period will be repaired at no cost to you or will be replaced. Some of our hand-made items may exhibit minor blemishes or irregularities which may give them a used, rusted or even slightly damaged appearance. These "irregularities" merely highlight their authenticity as individually unique hand crafted pieces. Since most of the products offered by Grehom for sale have a high content of hand work, it is not possible to achieve the same uniformity of finish and consistency of detail as is the case with products that are made entirely with machines. As a result, no two items even from the same production batch will be identical. Hence, we will not accept any returns on account of two items of the same product being slightly different from each other.
If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by email at customerservice@grehom.com within the three calendar day period, clearly stating the order number and date of order and then promptly return the goods to us at your own cost.
Please note that in case the return is not due to any damage to the product, we will not be in a position to return the shipping cost paid by you with the order as well as cost of shipping the product back to us to the return address.
If you fail to return any goods, or if you return goods at our expense, we may charge you with the cost of the goods covered by the refund or the cost of the return, whichever is applicable.
Refunds are processed only if the goods are received in their original, unused and re-saleable condition within 14 calendar days of their delivery to you.
None of the above in any way affects your statutory rights.
