Q. By when can I expect my order to be delivered, once the order has been placed on your site?

A.We aim to deliver orders within 4 to 6 working days of the order being paid on our website. If your order requires items to be specially made or imported for you, we would discuss the delivery timeline with you.

Q. What are your shipping rates?

A.For orders shipped from India, we offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 249 per order.

Q. What happens if my parcel is returned undelivered?

A.We send parcels via reputed courier companies who maintain a very high level of visibility as the parcels move from our pick up point to your delivery address. If there are any exceptions, we or our courier company would alert you. You will also receive a tracking number from us and if you have access to Internet, it is very easy to track the progress of your parcel.If there is a failed delivery attempt from the courier company, we will notify you via e-mail. Normally, you could arrange a redelivery at a suitable date or you could collect the parcel from the local depot of the courier company. However, if after these notifications, there has been no response from you, your parcel could be returned back to us as "undelivered". Despite our best efforts if a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, courier companies charge a fee for returning parcels. Therefore, we have no choice but to deduct the return shipping fee from any refund due to you. Our fee for this is equal to the shipping paid by you + cost of return that we pay to the courier company.

Q. What is the deduction for return of an undelivered parcel?

A.Our fee for this is equal to the cost of return that we pay to the courier company. This cost of return would be charged based on shipping fee to our office in New Delhi. If an item was specially made or imported for you, we are unable to process any refund.

Q. Do you also deliver products on the weekends, i.e. on Sundays, or national /local holidays?

A. No, at this time, we are unable to arrange deliveries for Sundays or national / local holidays.
